Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. and BMC Investments are opening an 8-story Moxy in Denver/Cherry Creek. This is the first Vision-managed hotel in Colorado, and the first ground-up development of a Moxy in the United States.

The 170-room hotel has a modern design that meets the needs of today’s travelers while promoting a vibrant social atmosphere. The hotel also provides amenities that modern travelers expect from a lifestyle brand at an approachable price-point, said officials.

Amenities include a 50-inch television in all guest rooms, grab-and-go bites, a social public area with games, a full service bar, and keyless entry access in all rooms with Marriott’s mobile check-in app.

Additionally, the hotel features an interior full service bar and the “Beer Garden”, an outdoor bar exclusive to the Moxy Denver Cherry Creek. Both amenities incorporate craft beverages from local artisans providing guests with an authentic Denver experience.

The hotel’s Cherry Creek North location affords guests access to a wide range of restaurants, shopping, art galleries as well as the Cherry Creek Mall.

“We are excited to be entering Denver’s robust market,” Vision President and CEO Mitch Patel said. “Vision is honored to continue our relationship with Marriott International, and to have the opportunity to participate in this project with BMC Investments. We are also excited to manage one of the most innovative brands in the U.S. market. The opening of this Moxy strengthens our goal to focus on premium-affiliated brands in growing markets while continuing to cultivate teams dedicated to service excellence.”
