Affiliate Broker Elizabeth Bowden Joins Crye-Leike Downtown Chattanooga

Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announced that Elizabeth O'Mary Bowden is now affiliated with Crye­-Leike’s downtown Chattanooga branch office as a licensed realtor. She will serve the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton, Bradley, and Jasper counties.

 

Ms. Bowden  is a member of the National Association of Realtors and specializes in residential, first-time homebuyers, new home construction, condominiums and townhomes. “When my husband and I bought our second home we had such a great experience that I realized I wanted to do the same for someone else,” she said.

“Real estate is my passion and working with my clients to fulfill all of their real estate needs is a challenging yet rewarding experience.”

CDOT Announces Extended Road Closure On W 3rd Street

The closure on W 3rd Street between Market Street and Broad Street has been extended until Aug.15 due to weather delays. Dallas Bay Baptist Church School Evacuated By Bomb Threat Tuesday Afternoon

Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to a bomb threat at Dallas Bay Baptist Church School on Tuesday.  As a precaution, all staff and children were evacuated from the building. Federal Appeals Court Rules In Favor Of Family With Down Syndrome Child Who Sued County Schools

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of a couple with a Down syndrome child who sued the county schools. The parents of Luka Hyde objected when the county schools tried to move him from his zoned school to a segregated school.
