The residents at the assisted living community visited the Salvation Army on Moore Road to create beautiful floral arrangements. The bouquets are then delivered to area hospitals, nursing homes and rehab centers. The program, called "Flowers of Hope", is a monthly outreach project launched by the Salvation Army. Morning Pointe residents look forward to partnering with the non-profit organization to deliver flowers in exchange for smiles. "Our seniors are always so glad and eager to help brighten the days of others," said Holly Holcomb, life enrichment director at Morning Pointe."
