TN Rand personnel completed 14 customized training sessions through Chattanooga State’s EWD

Chattanooga State’s Division of Economic and Workforce Development responded to the request of TN Rand for an employee leadership-training program. Chattanooga State, along with TN Rand, developed a customized training solution that covered topics of Communication; Building Effective Teams; Coaching; Delegation; Morale Motivation and Discipline; Decision Making; Problem Solving; Managing Change; Planning; and Performance Evaluations.

The TN Rand personnel successfully completed the 14 training sessions and are now more prepared to address their everyday work activities. 

Chattanooga State’s Division of Economic and Workforce Development collaborates with businesses and industry to create and deploy customizable training solutions at the speed of business.
